Laptop.

My laptop is broke. I'm pretty happy about it. It turns on, it just won't display anything. I was getting ready to design a event entry system on it and there is a lot of information on the laptop that I don't have anywhere else.

To make matters worse, Compaq's support is...well...not so supportive. I tried the customer service chat. That was absolutely not working. Tried the email thing, still havent heard anything.

WebDevTips - Install Apache Webservers - This is one of the best tutorials on how to install and test Apache webservers. I have it running on a Win 2000, and Win XP pro. The main reason I have it is because it allows me to run PHP off of it. PHP is one of the best scripting languages on the net. A ton of websites us PHP in some form. No this isn't a PHP commercial. I'm linked to blogwise...I think

I think I've linked myself to blogwise.com, although not sure. There are apparently 334 other submissions in the queue ahead of me. What does blogwise.com do? Not sure! I think it's a directory of blogs. I will investigate later. Perhaps when I am plucked from the queue and granted linkage. What a day that will be.

I have to admit, when I first heard of blogs, I was a bit confused.

"So it's regular people posting comments about...anything and everything?"

So now I see the light, how businesses can use them, how individuals SHOULD use them, etc.
